Money-saving tips

  • Sachsenring is compact and spectator-friendly. Every seat has a good view.
  • Chemnitz is 20 minutes away and is the best base — hotels cost 50% more during race week than normal.
  • Fly into Leipzig/Halle (LEJ) or Dresden (DRS).
  • ADAC members get 10% off select grandstand tickets — worth checking before you buy.
  • The natural grandstand (hillside embankment) gives great sightlines and is cheaper than seated sections.

Prices estimated as of April 2026. Ticket prices are official circuit rates where available; hotel and flight costs are approximate. Race-weekend accommodation and flight prices fluctuate significantly — book early for the best rates.
